Policies
If you have a question, feel free to email us or call us during business hours (Monday thru Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm EST) at 330-421-5671. When inquiring about an order please have your order number handy for reference.
Order Fulfillment
When you place an order with Karma Essence, an invoice is immediately sent to the email address you supplied on the order form. Occasionally an item will be not be in stock; we will notify you via email and give you the next available shipping date. When your order ships you will receive an email confirmation from USPS.
Orders received after 1 p.m. eastern time will be processed the next day. Orders received after 1 p.m. eastern time Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed on Monday because USPS does not process orders on the weekend. All orders are delivered Monday through Friday only.
Shipping
Karma Essence ships to addresses in the United States and Canada via USPS . Please call our offices at 330-421-5671 for all orders that require overnight shipping.
Shipping prices are calculated at the time of checkout, based on destination, weight and dollar total.
Gift Orders
If you would like something gift wrapped just purchase "gift wrap" and we will wrap your item for you. Gift Wrapping is $2.00 per item wrapped.
If you place an order to be sent to someone other than yourself, the recipient will receive the order with a packing slip that does not show dollar total. We will include your email address on correspondence with UPS so you will receive tracking information. Please note that the gift-wrap charge is on a per-item basis, so if you're ordering three items, each of which you'd like wrapped, you'll need to order three units of gift wrap.
Payment Methods
We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards, personal checks, and money orders. Payments received by personal check will be shipped after your check has cleared.
If you would like to place an order via check or money order, please send your payment along with your "Ship To" address and phone number to the address below. Don't forget to add the appropriate shipping and tax charges. (Please note: orders placed outside the state of Ohio require no tax.)

Tax
A sales tax of 6.5% is added to all orders shipped to Ohio addresses. Sales tax will not be charged on shipments to recipients outside Ohio. This includes orders placed by Ohio residents for non-Ohio residents.
Return Policy
We will be glad to make an exchange or credit your credit card account for any items that you are not completely happy with.
Items should be returned to Karma Essence within 15 days of the shipping date unused and in perfect condition. Ship prepaid and insured with the package securely wrapped to the following address:

We promptly refund your credit card on receipt of the returned items or will exchange the item per your request. If an exchange is requested, we will credit your credit card on receipt of the returned items and then bill you for the new items when they are ready to ship.
Mailing List
If you place an order, you are automatically added to our Mailing List. If you would not like to be added please send us an email to have your information removed. We never share your personal information with anyone for any reason.
Catalog
At the current time we don't have a full-length catalog. Our product selection can best be viewed online, where our product stock is constantly updated.
Product Submission
If you would like to submit your products to us for review, please send a non-returnable sample and a wholesale price list to

We do not sell wholesale at the present time.
